Day 3

Wednesday, Sep 21

Today woke up all blank as to what to make and eat for breakfast. Was also feeling a little sick so wasn't going to office. Anyway, after deflecting suggestions of puri and palya, settled for idli (thank you ID idli batter!). Then I got all adventurous and made coconut chutney with the grated coconut that was sitting in my freezer, after due defrosting of course.

So here's the list:
Morning coffee... yummm
Breakfast - idli and coconut chutney (as detailed earlier)
11 o'clock - pomegranate
Lunch - Yesterday's veg pulao, dal and lime pickle
Evening - Steaming Tea
Dinner - Chappati, dal and lady's finger dry

Howzzat for Day 3?

  1. The flu is still troubling you??remember the daily menu chart you used to make and put it up?i also did that during my short domestic stint and it helped me a lot:)so you have just one cup of tea in the evening and then dinner??my stomach is grumbling thinking about it..don't you get tempted seeing the kutties munching on? 2. I don't really get too tempted actually. And haven't encountered true temptation in the form of pani puri etc as yet. Though honestly, I think I will have a small snack in the evening... the trick is to keep it healthy. And by the way, Anj, your comments appear twice on the page. That's cos the phone is acting up still?

  3. While I was like "Paavam Chechi has to sit and watch us feast on Kabab in front of her", she dint have the slightest of temptation even! And not to mention, Beks even prayed every night that she'll stick to the diet strictly!
